Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• 1.1"Platform" means the aaa39jl website located at aaa39jl.co, including all associated pages, services, games, and features.
• 1.2"Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers for, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• 1.3"Account" means the registered account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• 1.4"Funds" means the monetary balance held in a Player's aaa39jl Account wallet, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• 1.5"Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload bonus, or other promotional value granted by aaa39jl to a Player.
• 1.6"Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• 1.7"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory from which Players are not permitted to use the Platform, as determined by applicable law or aaa39jl policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an aaa39jl Account or by accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all activities conducted on the Platform including, without limitation, game play, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and customer support interactions. These terms govern your relationship with aaa39jl in its entirety.

Eligibility

Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting, and other features of the aaa39jl Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. Registration requires the submission of accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

• 4.1One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• 4.2Accuracy of Information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration. Providing false information, including false identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• 4.3KYC Verification: aaa39jl may require you to submit identity verification documentation (Know Your Customer or "KYC") at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• 4.4Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must immediately notify aaa39jl if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. aaa39jl will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• 4.5Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Outdated information may result in delayed or rejected withdrawal requests.

Deposits & Payments

aaa39jl accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

• 5.1Own Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not accepted and may result in Account suspension.
• 5.2Processing Times: GCash and Maya deposits typically credit to your aaa39jl Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank.
• 5.3Currency: All Account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). aaa39jl is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• 5.4Declined Transactions: aaa39jl reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or inconsistent with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available Account balances at any time subject to the conditions set forth in this Section and any applicable verification requirements. aaa39jl aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

• 6.1Verification Requirement: Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity and payment method verification prior to processing. aaa39jl may request supporting documentation including government-issued ID, selfie verification, or proof of payment method.
• 6.2Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 6.3Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• 6.4Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal interface at the time of request.
• 6.5Right to Delay: aaa39jl reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request for up to five (5) business days where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

aaa39jl offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Section.

• 7.1Wagering Requirements: Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal is permitted).
• 7.2Validity Period: Bonuses expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.
• 7.3Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering conditions as specified in individual promotion terms.
• 7.4Bonus Abuse: aaa39jl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and/or suspend an Account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion.
• 7.5Modification: aaa39jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change shall not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the aaa39jl Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, esports, or other markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market as displayed on the Platform, in addition to the general rules set out in this Section.

• 8.1Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of aaa39jl. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• 8.2Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure affecting a game or bet, aaa39jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account.
• 8.3Palpable Errors: Odds or payouts that are displayed as a result of a manifest error (also known as a "palpable error") may be voided at the discretion of aaa39jl, and affected bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided.
• 8.4Result Finality: The outcome of all games and sporting events shall be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules and official results. aaa39jl's decision on any disputed result is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaa39jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information, or coordinate bets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through use of the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment details, or engaging in unauthorized charge-backs.
• Opening multiple Accounts in your own name or on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false personal information during registration, identity verification, or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or in violation of applicable local laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or aaa39jl staff through any Platform communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, game content, and other intellectual property appearing on the aaa39jl Platform are the exclusive property of aaa39jl or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software on the Platform.

Privacy

aaa39jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Termination

aaa39jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the Account holder is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Upon Account termination for cause, aaa39jl reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, available balances will be returned to the Player after applicable verification.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting aaa39jl support. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations owed by either party that accrued prior to the closure date.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aaa39jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Changes in applicable law that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aaa39jl makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Platform. Nothing in this Section shall limit aaa39jl's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence.

Amendments to These Terms

aaa39jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, aaa39jl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. aaa39jl operates in alignment with Philippine gaming regulations and the oversight framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as applicable.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact aaa39jl's support team to seek an informal resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the appropriate dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.
